Founder and Coach of Acadia Fit LLC.

Welcome to my bio! So excited that you have navigated your way to this page. I hope connect with you further as I share some information about myself and where Acadia Fit originated from.

Background: Born and raised in Hudson, Ma. Have always took a liking to sports and team/community events. I had several friend groups growing up which evolved over the years and that trend carried on throughout my adult life. I noticed as I grew personally and professionally so did the people I chose to surround myself with. That is the beauty of life (you get to choose) and sometimes the cost of the new version of you is trading in the older version. When you let go of relationships that don't serve purpose it opens up the doors for new relationships that do. Including the one with yourself. I've come to learn that with loss comes transformation. On the other side of the unknown, uncertainty, and fear.... is clarity, proof that the work works, and courage! I aim to empower you to choose you, trust in yourself unconditionally, and fully enjoy the process of creating your dream life!

I knew after working in Corporate Fitness for several years that I wanted to branch off and create something of my own. Corporate fitness to me was too cookie cutter and I was never one to conform to social norms. I know now from experience that the sky is truly the limit, you can create life balance of your own instead of confirming to what everyone else is doing. There's not a lot of entrepreneurs in my industry that have the time to devote to daily fitness and weekly nutrition coaching -- I chose to not have children of my own or start a family young and that has allowed me to show up in a unconventional way for my people especially for the ones who did choose that way of being. 

It is never too late to be the person you want to be and create the life you dream to live. I wish I did this back in my early 20's (got into strength training, balancing quality sleep, stress management, and nourishment) but in my mid-30's I found a way to make it all work and it has been life changing. If you are in your 40's, 50, 60,s even 70's it is still not too late to make a change in your life and start attracting the things you desire by BEING about it. If you have the will, I certainly have created the way to make it all happen for you.

I named my business Acadia Fit LLC after the breathtaking highest rocky headlands along the Atlantic coastline known as "Acadia National Park" -- My life has constantly been evolving since 2013, between jobs, significant others, friends, and life, the only thing constant was my love for hiking, mountain biking, and annual visits to ANP. I have been to Acadia several times now, and I have created so many new experiences with each trip. Something that has brought me so much joy and has stayed consistent throughout my toughest years of growth... I just had to name my business after it.

Creating this virtual space has been my saving grace as I transform to my best self and continue to hike that highest mountain. What it has done for me, I hope will do for you too.


AF's ideal CLIENT is...
1) one that doesn't seem to have time.
2) Prefers 1:1 progressive overload training, form corrections and encouragement to challenge themselves further.

3) Prefers doing mainly strength training with a blend of HIIT, core work and yoga/stretching for an overall well rounded experience of flexibility and mobility.

4) Wants to learn the methods on how to fuel their body properly scientifically (macros) and mindfully (intuitive eating).
5) Wants to quit the diet shit, and just create a lifestyle that is sustainable in movement, mindset and nourishment.

5) Has some self awareness and wants to take that to the next level by learning how to protect their energy, set boundaries without guilt or shame, and live selflessly choosing themselves so they can be a better human.

I am your ideal COACH if...

1) You need accountability at any capacity between daily or weekly interaction. I do not hand hold, I teach you how to have a dedicated-to-you lifestyle by working on mindset around establishing new healthy-for-you habits.
2) You are looking for customizable lifestyle change, NOT A COOKIE CUTTER QUICK FIX. Meanwhile some clients do see results pretty quickly (its beginners progress -- of course anyone who goes from nothing to something will see instant results). Only those who put in the work are going to receive the change they seek.

3) I am 100% committed to you and your growth and I need you to be on board with showing up to the weekly calls and catch recordings if you miss them. Doing the homework assignments and the self care Sunday projects.

4) If you are okay with tough-love coaching. I really don't sugar coat -- its not my style I find it enabling and there is little to no transformation with that approach. I am real and raw with you, I am also supportive and encouraging. I will not scold or blame you. I will teach you how to manage responsibility, take accountability, and give yourself grace in moments where you did the best you can.

I am human, you are human, mistakes will happen, but if you stick with me for the coaching process I guarantee a transformation by the end of 4 months - or continued coaching until you do.
